Chrystal is currently the wellness director at Blossom Vale. This position oversees all resident care services and is supervisor to caregivers and medication technicians. Her very first job was as a caregiver in this very community, back in 2009. She has since held many roles within Blossom Vale, including med tech, wellness coordinator and concierge; she appreciates the knowledge each role has given her. This was her very first job and she was unsure if she could handle the emotional aspect of being a caregiver. Chrystal strives to make the best impact she can on our residents lives and cherishes all the amazing moments they create in her life. It is the joy of those memories where she knew this is what she wanted to do.
Chrystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their three amazing daughters, Ilianna, Julianna and Annaliyah. They enjoy taking family vacations, and also love just having good old family time at home. She loves being able to bring her children in for work events and having them bond with the residents. It brings joy to her heart when the residents ask her to bring her daughters to an event. Chrystal loves the feeling of being connected with her extended family here at Blossom Vale.
