Ivan is the maintenance director at Blossom Vale Senior Living. We are fortunate to have a person with his knowledge and skills; he is a certified mechanical engineer. Ivan’s work experience ranges from working for the City of South Lake Tahoe as an irrigation specialist to working as a maintenance director at a local memory care, which was his first experience working in senior living, and where he realized his passion for helping and serving seniors.
Ivan and his wife both come from beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Ivan married his high school sweetheart and they tied the knot in 2012. Together, they have three wonderful children; Ava, Avan and Axton. In Ivan’s spare time, he enjoys watching football, barbecuing, watching the kids play soccer, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and spending time with his friends and family.
Ivan’s motto in life is to “Do it with passion or not at all.”
